Access the large terrace on the first floor, and you will find seating areas simply perfect for you to watch the world saunter by on the brand new promenade – or even catch the breathtaking sunrises early in the mornings.

The seafront promenade is just a thirty to forty five second walk from the villa which can take you to the brand new Marina Rubicon in just five or six minutes. By car, the same journey takes just a couple of minutes. From the Marina, it is then only another fifteen to twenty minute walk, along the promenade, before you reach the town centre and Playa Dorada, the largest beach in the resort. Twenty minutes along the promenade and you reach the stunning Papagayo beach coves – or it is just five minutes in the car.

The ground floor is completely perfect for disabled access, with en suite bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and access to the garden all very easy. Every room contains a large electric fan for keeping you cool in the Lanzarote sunshine. The villa is fully alarmed, includes a safe for valuables, and has security gates to ensure that your little ones don’t go roaming.

Absolutely everything has been thought of in this luxury accommodation, including a fabulous games area in the basement, complete with everything from a Pacman arcade machine, pool table, air hockey, and recliner seats for when you are watching the flat screen television. Playa Blanca is just a thirty to forty minute journey from Arrecife. The excellent location of this villa makes it unnecessary to hire a car as so much is right on the doorstep.
