This luxury villa is a real gem to behold, and contains everything you would need for your family or group holiday or corporate break in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

Ground Floor - Inside

As you enter the front door, the living room stretches out ahead of you. This room is extremely spacious, light and airy with large double windows looking out onto the well established gardens and expansive terrace. Here you will find large plush comfortable leather sofas, ambient lighting, and a large screen television with Nilesat satellite system installed – which includes a number of English speaking channels such as MBC, Fox movies, Fox Series, and Dubai One. There is also a DVD player with a selection of movies if you fancy stopping indoors.

To the left of the living room is the dining room, with seating for 6 people. The furniture is excellent quality, and extremely comfortable. It is here that you can gain access to the outside terrace and garden. The dining room is supplied with subdued lighting for ambient dining.

Just past the dining room is the kitchen, which contains all the mod cons you could wish for. The owners of this villa have thought of everything with a plancha, cafetierre, blender, grilling machine – and of course large amounts of crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans… and a ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 2 – to the right of the living room is a double bedroom, complete with en suite bathroom. Top quality bed coverings and furnishings have been used in all of the bedrooms, and of course there are extra bedclothes should you require them. There is a double fitted wardrobe, and a full length mirror. Both Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are perfect for disabled access… as is the whole of the ground floor. There are even moveable bars for getting in and out of the baths.

Bedroom 3 contains 2 single beds with an en suite bathroom. This room is extremely airy and bright, contains a full length mirror, and double fitted wardrobes. The en suite bathroom contains a bath, shower, washbasin and bidet

Outside – ground floor

Of course the fantastic weather in Lanzarote makes it perfect for outdoor dining – leaving the living area, and stepping out onto the spacious terrace, brings you out to the outdoor dining area, which seats 8 people on high quality wooden furniture, complete with cushions and parasols. There are also 8 quality sunbeds with parasols and cushions, a pool, sandpit play area boat for the little ones, established gardens with palms and cacti, an outside shower, and a BBQ area.

There is parking for 2 to 3 cars in the entrance – or this area can be utilised as a basketball court. This area is lockable, so you can let your children play without the worry of them straying. The pool is salt chlorinated, and also heated when necessary. It is 1.5 metres deep at it’s deepest end, and has steps for easy access at the other end. Supplied with the villa is a “Swim Turtle” – a security device that straps onto the wrist of your tiny tots. If your little ones hit the water… an alarm will sound, alerting you immediately to any danger.

The sandpit boat comes complete with fresh sand, buckets and spades – everything that the little ones need to play with.

The BBQ area is perfect for placing the plancha, with an outside electricity supply, and an outdoor sink.

Inside - top floor

This is where the master bedroom is located – and it really is a jewel. From the master bedroom, you can access the extremely roomy terrace, which reaches around two faces of the villa. From here, there are views across to Fuerteventura, but also the best uninterrupted views of Papagayo Beaches, and the seafront promenade. The upstairs terrace houses tables, chairs and sunbeds are just perfect for spending those balmy evenings. There is even a set of binoculars for the villa guests’ use, so you can watch the world go by at close quarters.

Back into the master bedroom now, and there is an en suite bathroom with bath, shower, sink, WC, and bidet. There is also a very large built in wardrobe.

Inside – basement.

Down in the basement is a real treat. This is where you will find the games area with pool table, which can flip to become an electrically powered air hockey table. There is an ex arcade PacMan machine, a large double sofa bed, fully sprung, 2 large luxurious leather sofas, seating 5… including 2 recliner sections. This hideaway is perfect for young teens to hide away and play games, and is also ideal for grandparents to share with little ones.

A 40” flat screen television is down here, perfect for playing on the Nintendo Wii… which comes complete with games, as well as a DVD player complete with adult and children movies. There is a high quality stereo stack system with double cassette and CD player, and choice of CDs for your music.

There is a play area for the wee ones including bean bags, cars, dolls, toys, drawing equipment, kiddie CD player with songs and stories on CD, wooden train set, bouncy balls, books (fun, and educational), and cushions

Also down here are bedrooms 4 and 5. Bedroom 4 contains a double bed and large wardrobe, large fan, and has enough room to easily add the supplied inflatable double bed. There is also a full length mirror and double wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with bedroom 5

Bedroom 5 oozes warmth as soon as you enter, enveloping you with pink warmth… encouraging you to stay… with plush bedclothes, rugs, and a double bed, large wardrobe, full length mirror, and large fan. This is the pink room, and upon entering, the warmth will envelope you and encourage you to stay.

Tennis  racquets, beach chairs, tents, fishing equipment and snorkeling equipment are all available for your use when you are a guest at Vista del Mar.
